This is a networking and referral group for home trades, crafts people, property professionals, home owners and investors. The aim is to build a series of regular local events around the UK for property people to connect, share ideas, collaborate and, of course, pass referrals. We will need people in each local to help organise and chair events, please get in touch if this interests you. The first events will take place in Bedford, Milton Keynes, St Albans and London SW5.

The purpose of the Group is for Hertfordshire property owners to share experience and improve income from your let property. The Group is open to property owners and agents; specifically those who should join include residential investors and landlords, owners of property looking for an income and owners or landlords looking to offload their day to day property management problems.
